Shipping and Handling

In Canada we ship via Canada Post. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information. Please provide your address, phone number and name accurately. Make sure to include an apartment or unit number if applicable. 

All orders in Canada are shipped from Calgary, AB, Canada. These orders are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days.  

In Europe we ship via Nova Post.

All orders in Europe are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine. These orders are expected to arrive within 2-5 business days. 

When ordering an item with the tag "Available upon request" please send us a message. We will let you know the lead time. Usually, such items are delivered between 2 to 6 weeks. We will keep you posted on each step until the final delivery to your address.  Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Shipping rates are as follows:

Canada Post Expedited (Canadian Orders) – from $15 to $25 depending on weight.

Expedited (European Orders) – from €15 to €28 depending on weight

 

Lost or damaged items

We do not assume any responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged packages, since every shipped item automatically becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. To avoid delays and damages we wrap and label each package with care.
